Terms of service·Last revised August 15, 2026

The rules of the house, written plainly.

01 /

Acceptance of terms

By using Memrio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may revise this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes get at least thirty days of notice when we can give it.

02 /

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the credentials and for what happens under them. Tell us if someone else gets in.

Account responsibilities

  • Give accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • Protect your password. Turn on extra factors if we offer them.
  • You are liable for use of your account, invited or not.
03 /

Acceptable conduct

Do not use Memrio to break the law, distribute malware, scrape without permission, or interfere with other people's access. We can suspend an account that does.

“Build something useful. Don't break things for others.”

You keep what you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display it so the product can function. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

04 /

Intellectual property

The product, brand, and original code belong to Memrio or its licensors. This license is to use the service, not to copy, reverse engineer, or republish it as your own.

We may change, pause, or stop any part of the service. We are not liable for that interruption.

05 /

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Memrio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. You agree to indemnify us for claims that arise from your use or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the jurisdiction where Memrio is organized, without its conflict-of-law rules.

Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When that happens, the right to use the service ends.

Read this with the privacy policy. They are one agreement in two rooms.
